PIER SPACE
In consideration for using the Crockett Estates Homeowners Association pier, you need to agree to the following:
  1. Be a member in good standing
  2. Have insurance on you boat and has to be the owner of the said boat
  3. Will maintain the safety of the pier that your boat has been assigned to and pay any expense involved with that maintenance
  4. You will assist in the installation and removal of pier
  5. You will abide by the rules stated in the by-laws and this agreement
  6. Offshore residents will be given first prioity for available space on a community pier
You must realize that failure to comply with any of the above will result in loss of your pier space
The Association is not responsible for damage, theft, of loss of owners boat
