Annual dues of $75.00 are due every year by June 30th.

  • Receive Community Newsletters - valuable information and phone numbers
  • Place your business information in this website
  • Place your garage sale date/time in this website
  • Place a large item for sale in this website
Dues go toward:
  • Maintenance of our beautiful community parks, easements to lake - which positively affects property values
  • Liability insurance for community properties to protect homeowners
  • Utilities - Electric for lighting our community
  • Lawn Care Service - Keeps parks and lawns manicured and safe
  • Association sponsored activities (picnic, Easter egg hunt, etc...)
  • Website updates
We have a solid Board and we want to hear your voice. Your opinions are important and matter.  Why not support the community you live in? Please consider joining us at one of our monthly meetings.  We meet the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at Jim Kaese, President, located at 35196 Lake Shore Road.
